Redler devices manufactured by us are used in cereal warehouses, feed mixing plants or mills. The chain conveyor is made entirely of high quality galvanized steel. All elements have been connected with bolted connections (this facilitates assembly and disassembly as well as inspection and service). Depending on the model specification, conveyors have the following capacities:

The modular design of the varied gradual length of the pipes ensures proper selection to the desired length of the device (standard up to 16 m, longer redlers are made to special order). The Redler bottom has been lined along the entire length with non-abrasive PE-UHMW material, which significantly increases and extends the life of the device, reduces damage to transported grain, reduces noise and power consumption. Rollers on the chain return and chain slip plates were also made of hard-wearing PE-UHMW material, which results in greater durability and lower power consumption.

Model PZS
Geared Motors
The PZS outlet is adapted to the device model and process line.
A moisture measurement sensor is located in the PZS outlet.
The built-in humidity sensor in the discharge opening ensures continuous measurement of grain moisture.
A moisture sensor is optional.
The guide rollers are located just under the covers of the PZS conveyor. They hold the chain in the correct upper position.
PE-UHMW plates are bolted to the chain elements (scrapers).

There is a chain tension adjustment in the reverse station.
Lack of material reception from the PZS conveyor during operation causes the device flap to be lifted and the limit switch to open.
This state of affairs will turn off the electrical circuit and devices preceding the technological line.

PE-UHMW
The PZS conveyor uses an induction sensor responsible for transmitting information about the device's operation. Breaking or blocking the chain will disconnect the power supply. The sensor reacts to the moving parts of the drive mechanism
