Equipment type REDLER devices manufactured by us are used in cereal warehouses, feed mixing plants or mills. These devices are used to backfill the silos or to select grain from the silos. They are also used in receiving baskets, see: receiving baskets The chain conveyor is made entirely of high quality galvanized steel. All elements have been connected with bolted connections (this facilitates assembly and disassembly as well as inspections and service). Depending on the model specification, conveyors have the following capacities:
- PZ100 from 60 to 120 t / h, - PZ150 from 100 to 150 t / h.
Modular construction with 3-stage length of pipes: - 1.4m, 2.1m, 2.8m ensures proper selection to the desired length of the device (standard PZ100 up to 80 m, longer redlers are made on special orderr). The Redler bottom has been lined along the entire length with non-abrasive PE-UHMW material, which significantly increases and extends the life of the device, reduces damage to transported grain, reduces noise and power consumption. Rollers on the chain return and chain slip plates are also made of hard-wearing PE-UHMW material, which results in greater durability and lower power consumption
Our devices have warning stickers, instructions, destination certificates, production approval certificates, compliance with standards. In addition, it is possible to equip the device with:

The basic power unit consists of:
PZ type redler chute depending on the model and its parameters may have different diameter for pipe assembly.
The mounted rollers on the rollers are located just under the cover of the PZ conveyor. They hold the chain in the correct upper position.
PE-UHWM plates are screwed to the chain elements (scrapers).
PZ hopper has the ability to be mounted along the trough cover anywhere between the return station and the drive head. Depending on the model and its parameters, the charging element may have a different diameter adapted to technological lines.

The winding station consists of a group of elements among which there is a regulation of the pull chain of the collecting conveyor. P>
Lack of material reception from the PZ redler during operation will raise the flap of the device and release the position of the limit switch.
This state of affairs will result in, for example, switching off the electrical circuit and devices preceding the technological line if it is foreseen by the designer.
This is standard equipment, other safeguards are optional. The flap is located at the front of the PZ conveyor
Hard-wearing PE-UHMW. The use of wear-resistant plastic extends the life of the PZ conveyor troughs and reduces the consumption of electricity.
PE-UHMW
An inductive sensor is used in the PZ collecting conveyor, which is responsible for transmitting information about the device's operation. If the chain breaks or during operation there is a blockage for unknown reasons of operation of the device, the sensor will turn off the power supply to the conveyor. The sensor responds to blades mounted on the end drive shaft
